Scientists test 'Brainwave Music' to boost your focus
NCT ID NCT07165899
Summary
This study tested whether listening to special audio tones, called binaural beats, could help people relax and focus better. Researchers used a simple brainwave sensor to personalize the audio in real-time for each person. They measured if this approach improved attention, memory, and feelings of well-being in 25 healthy adults.
