First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study checks if an experimental treatment called antineoplaston therapy changes heart rhythm in children and young adults (ages 3-21) with a rare, aggressive brainstem glioma. Participants will receive either antineoplaston therapy plus radiation or radiation alone. The main goal is to measure any increase in the QT interval, a heart rhythm marker, using repeated ECGs.
