First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding Antineoplaston therapy (Atengenal and Astugenal) to standard radiation helps people aged 3 and older with a newly diagnosed, aggressive brainstem glioma live longer. About 92 participants will be randomly assigned to get either the drug combo plus radiation or radiation alone. The main goals are to compare survival and check for side effects.
