One workout to calm the mind: study tests quick anxiety relief

Summary

This study looks at whether one group exercise session can quickly lower anxiety in people with psychiatric conditions. Thirty adults who already take part in a regular exercise program will try a single booster session. Researchers will measure anxiety right before and after the workout using simple questionnaires.
