First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 38 times
Summary
This study tests a technique where patients take a special dye before brain tumor surgery. The dye makes tumor cells glow under a special light, helping surgeons see and remove more of the tumor. The goal is to improve how much tumor is removed and possibly increase survival. About 540 adults with different types of brain tumors are taking part.
