Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive brain training method to help improve arm and hand movement in adults with chronic spinal cord injuries in the neck. Over 10 weeks, participants receive brain stimulation and feedback on their muscle responses. Researchers will measure changes in brain-to-muscle connections and improvements in daily tasks like gripping and lifting.
