Brain training boosts hearing and memory in older implant users

Summary
This study looks at whether a special auditory brain training program can improve speech understanding, thinking skills, and quality of life in older adults who use cochlear implants. About 30 people aged 60 and older who have had their implant for 3 months to 3 years will take part. The training aims to help the brain better process sounds from the implant.
