Healthy brains zapped to uncover stress secrets

NCT ID NCT07433829

First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called iTBS changes brain activity in healthy adults. Researchers want to see if stress levels and coping styles relate to these brain changes. The study involves 42 healthy volunteers aged 18–60 and uses a sham (fake) stimulation for comparison. No treatment is given—this is purely to gather knowledge.
