Summary

This study tests whether adding a non-invasive brain stimulation technique (rTMS) to a special type of physiotherapy can better relieve chronic low back pain in military veterans. The approach targets both physical and emotional aspects of pain. Researchers will measure changes in disability, pain intensity, and quality of life in 96 veterans.
