Zapping stress away? brain stimulation trial targets Burned-Out professors

NCT ID NCT07411833

Summary

This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help reduce work-related stress and burnout in university professors. Researchers will compare active stimulation to a fake (sham) procedure and a no-treatment group. Participants will receive 10 stimulation sessions over 4 weeks and complete questionnaires to measure changes in their stress and burnout levels.
