First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation combined with exercise can improve physical function and quality of life in older adults who are starting to become frail. About 120 people aged 65-90 who show 1-2 signs of frailty will take part. The goal is to see if this approach can boost brain plasticity and help them stay independent longer.
