Summary
This study explores whether a gentle, noninvasive electrical brain stimulation technique called transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) can help relieve common menopause symptoms like hot flashes, depression, anxiety, memory problems, and muscle discomfort. Researchers will test different types of stimulation in 50 women aged 40 to 60 who are in early or late menopause transition. The goal is to see if TES is tolerable and which symptoms it might improve, paving the way for a drug-free option to support women during menopause.
