Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique, combined with movement training, can reduce movement problems and improve coordination in children with cerebellar ataxia. Researchers will compare children who receive the brain stimulation plus training to those who receive training alone. The goal is to see if this approach can ease symptoms and improve daily life for these children.
