Summary

This early-phase study tests a smart brain stimulator that adjusts stimulation in real time to improve walking in people with Parkinson's disease. Ten participants will have their brain activity recorded during walking tasks to find the best way to deliver personalized stimulation. The goal is to understand how the brain controls gait and to develop a more effective therapy.
