Brain 'Pacemaker' trial aims to help patients walk and think again

Summary
This study is testing a new, minimally invasive brain stimulation device for people with cerebellar atrophy caused by Cushing's syndrome. The device aims to improve both movement problems (ataxia) and thinking difficulties (cognitive impairment) by stimulating the cerebellum. Researchers will enroll 200 participants to see if the treatment leads to meaningful improvements in walking, coordination, and mental function after 12 weeks.
