Video game training may rewire MS brains, study hopes
NCT ID NCT07474129
First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study will use brain scans (fMRI) to see if a special video game designed to train thinking skills can change how the brain works in people with multiple sclerosis. About 40 adults with MS who have some thinking problems will play the game, and researchers will compare their brain activity before and after. The goal is to understand if this kind of training can help the brain reorganize itself, not to cure or treat the disease directly.
