Summary

This study aims to understand why some patients experience brain complications like confusion, memory problems, or stroke after heart surgery. Researchers will monitor 500 patients using special brain scans to see if keeping their blood pressure within a personalized safe range during surgery reduces these risks. The study will also look for blood markers and genetic clues linked to better or worse brain recovery.
