Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive device that uses light to measure oxygen levels in the brains of newborn babies who may have suffered a brain injury. Researchers will compare these measurements with standard tests to see if the device can help doctors better monitor and treat these fragile infants. The goal is to improve care and long-term outcomes for babies at risk.
