First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at brain networks that may cause compulsive behaviors in people with anorexia nervosa. Researchers will use brain scans and a non-invasive technique called TMS to see if stimulating a specific brain area can help. The goal is to understand the brain patterns behind the condition, not to test a cure. About 20 participants aged 16 to 75 will take part.
