Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether combining two cancer drugs (cabozantinib and nivolumab) with targeted radiation is safe for people with kidney cancer that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see if patients can tolerate this intensive combination without severe side effects, particularly in the brain and nervous system. Researchers will also check if the treatment shrinks tumors and how it affects patients' quality of life.
