First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special PET scan called Axumin can help doctors tell the difference between actual tumor growth and harmless inflammation in people with brain metastases who are on immunotherapy. About 20 adults with brain metastases will get the scan to see if it improves detection accuracy. The goal is to avoid unnecessary treatments and better guide patient care.
