Summary
This study aims to find out which of two standard radiation treatments works better for people with large brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. It will compare a method that delivers radiation in two sessions spaced weeks apart to one that delivers it in three to five daily sessions. The goal is to see which approach better controls the tumor while causing fewer side effects like brain swelling.
