Summary

This study tested whether the medication tolcapone could improve memory and impulse control in veterans with mild traumatic brain injuries. Researchers used brain scans and cognitive tests to see how the drug affected brain activity and thinking skills. The study involved 55 veterans who had experienced mild brain injuries at least six months earlier.
