First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study uses brain scans (fMRI) to understand why people with schizophrenia or depression have trouble with memory and managing emotions. Researchers will compare brain activity in 90 adults aged 18-60 who have stable symptoms. The goal is to learn more about the brain mechanisms behind these cognitive problems, not to test a new treatment.
