Summary
This study aims to understand how opioid addiction affects the brain's cannabinoid system. Researchers will use brain scans to compare people with opioid use disorder on methadone treatment to healthy volunteers. The study involves PET and MRI scans to measure brain receptors and blood tests to explore chemical differences.
