Summary

This study aims to understand if a specific brain chemical called NAD is lower in people with Alzheimer's disease compared to healthy older adults. Researchers will use a special type of brain scan (MRS) to measure NAD levels in participants' brains twice over eight months. The study is observational, meaning it gathers information but does not test a treatment.
