Scientists test wearable headband to see inside the healthy brain
NCT ID NCT05433129
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive headband device that uses light to create maps of how the brain controls its own blood flow. Researchers will use the device on 250 healthy volunteers to see how well it works and to learn how aging and biological sex might affect this process. The goal is to gather knowledge to help future research, not to treat any medical condition.
