Summary
This study aims to find brain biomarkers that can predict how individuals with major depression will respond to the antidepressant sertraline (Zoloft). Researchers will use fMRI and EEG to measure brain activity and connections in 50 adults with chronic or recurrent depression. Participants will take sertraline for 8 weeks, and their symptom changes will be compared to their brain scans to identify predictive patterns.
