Summary
This study looked at how forward head posture (FHP) affects brain activity and balance during tasks that require thinking and moving at the same time. Researchers measured brain oxygen levels and balance in 38 healthy adults with either FHP or normal head posture. The goal was to understand the link between posture, brain function, and balance to help design better training programs.
