NCT ID NCT06610682

First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This early-phase trial is for people with a specific type of brain tumor (glioma) that has a BRAF-V600E mutation and has not responded to prior treatments. The study aims to see if tumor DNA can be detected in blood and spinal fluid samples before and during treatment with the drugs plixorafenib alone or combined with retifanlimab. About 24 participants will be enrolled to help researchers understand how these DNA levels change with treatment response.
