Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, bendamustine and rituximab, in 27 adults with a type of blood cancer called marginal zone B-cell lymphoma that had come back or worsened after prior treatment. The goal was to see how many patients' tumors shrank or disappeared. The treatment is meant to control the disease, not cure it, and patients may need ongoing management.
