Summary
This study looked at whether medications commonly used for enlarged prostate (BPH) might also help prevent heart disease. Researchers analyzed health records from 10,000 men with BPH to see if those taking the prostate drugs had fewer heart problems. The goal was to find out if these existing medications offer an unexpected benefit for heart health.
