Summary

This study compared two types of talk therapy for adults with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Over 13 weeks, 66 patients received either group therapy (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) or individual supportive therapy. Researchers measured changes in depression, impulsivity, suicide risk, thinking skills, and certain blood markers to see which approach worked better.
