First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the targeted drug bozitinib to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors more effectively before surgery in people with a specific genetic subtype of lung cancer (MET-altered). About 34 adults with stage IIA to IIIC non-small cell lung cancer will receive the combination, then have their tumors removed and examined. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major reduction in viable tumor cells after treatment.
