New colonoscopy prep could make cleanout easier

Summary
This study tests a new bowel-cleansing agent called MSP01-T to see if it works as well as current options for cleaning the colon before a colonoscopy. About 214 adults aged 19 and older will be randomly assigned to receive either MSP01-T or a standard comparator. The main goal is to measure how many participants achieve a clean bowel (grade A or B on the Harefield Cleansing Scale) and to track any side effects.
