Summary
This study tests whether injecting botulinum toxin type A into the forehead can safely reduce excessive sweating in people with primary frontal hyperhidrosis. Thirty adults aged 18 to 40 who have not responded well to antiperspirants will receive one treatment and be followed for one month. The goal is to see if the treatment shrinks the sweaty area and improves quality of life.
