Summary
This study is testing if adding Botox injections to standard back brace treatment can better control spinal curvature in teenagers with scoliosis. Researchers want to see if relaxing the tight back muscles on the inside of the curve makes the spine more flexible, helping the brace work better. The goal is to improve treatment success and potentially reduce the need for future surgery.
