Botox shot during surgery aims to calm the bladder

Summary
This study is testing if giving a Botox injection directly into the bladder during a standard prostate surgery helps reduce uncomfortable urinary symptoms afterward. It will involve about 20 men who are already scheduled for one of two specific prostate procedures. The main goal is to see if adding Botox at the time of surgery lessens post-operative urgency and frequency compared to surgery alone.
