Summary
This study tested a cream made from plant compounds (total coumarins) in 88 adults with mild-to-moderate psoriasis. Participants applied the cream or a placebo for several weeks. The goal was to see if the cream could reduce skin redness, scaling, and thickness better than a placebo. Results may offer a new, natural option for managing psoriasis symptoms.
