Could a blood pressure drug help fight pancreatic cancer?

Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding bosentan (a drug for blood pressure) to standard chemotherapy can help treat pancreatic cancer that can't be removed by surgery. About 21 adults will take part to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop tumor growth.
