Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety and best dose of combining bortezomib, sorafenib, and decitabine for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It includes older patients who cannot have standard treatment or those whose leukemia has returned. The goal is to find a tolerable dose that may help control the disease.
