New hope for myeloma patients: drug combo shows promise without transplant

Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (iberdomide, bortezomib, dexamethasone, and isatuximab) for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who cannot have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this treatment can achieve a very deep response (stringent complete response) after four cycles. About 75 participants aged 65 and older will take part. The treatment is adjusted based on how well each person responds.
