First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how personality traits and stress hormones influence decision-making in people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) compared to healthy adults. Participants aged 18-45 will complete online tasks, surveys, and a stress test while their heart rate, sweat response, and hormone levels are measured. The goal is to understand the link between emotions and choices, not to provide treatment.
