New eye surgery aims to lower glaucoma pressure without lifelong drops

Summary
This study follows 300 people with open-angle glaucoma who have a special surgery called bio-reinforced canaloplasty. The surgery is designed to help fluid drain from the eye, lowering pressure inside the eye. Researchers will check how much the pressure drops and how long the effect lasts over 2 years.
