NCT ID NCT07587944
First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aims to find out if certain substances in the bone marrow can predict how well adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) will respond to chemotherapy. Researchers will measure levels of IL-6, leptin, and fumarate in bone marrow samples from 405 newly diagnosed AML patients and 81 healthy volunteers. The goal is to link these factors to treatment response and survival, which could lead to better ways to predict outcomes and develop new therapies.
