First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study will test a new artificial intelligence (AI) model designed to detect bone lesions on whole-body PET/CT scans. Researchers want to see if the AI can correctly tell whether a bone lesion is benign or malignant (cancer). The study will involve 180 adults with suspicious bone lesions or high tumor markers. If successful, this AI could help doctors diagnose bone metastases faster and more accurately.
