New study tests better ways to rebuild jawbone for dental implants

Summary
This study tested two different bone grafting methods to build up the lower jawbone before placing dental implants. 37 adults with thin jawbone received one of the two methods. After 6 months, the researchers checked how well the bone healed and whether more grafting was needed.
