Could a hormone boost bone grafts for dental implants?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding parathyroid hormone (PTH) to a standard cow-bone graft helps grow better bone in the upper jaw for dental implants. About 30 healthy adults with thin jawbone will receive the graft with or without PTH. Researchers will measure bone density, look at bone samples under a microscope, and check a bone-healing marker to see if PTH makes a difference.
