Summary
This study looks at different materials used to fill the empty socket after a tooth is pulled, aiming to keep the jawbone strong for future dental implants. Thirty healthy adults who need a tooth extraction will receive one of several graft materials. After 4 months, the researchers will measure how much new bone formed and how much of the graft material remains.
