Summary
This study is testing a mobile health app called Bolster to help caregivers of young adults with early psychosis. The goal is to see if the app can reduce caregiver stress and improve family communication. About 30 caregivers in North Carolina will use the app and report their experiences. The study focuses on whether this approach is practical and helpful for families.
