New app aims to ease burden on caregivers of young adults with psychosis

Summary

This study tests a mobile health app called Bolster designed to help caregivers of young adults (ages 15-30) with early psychosis. The goal is to reduce caregiver stress and improve family communication. About 30 caregivers in North Carolina will use the app and report on their well-being and family interactions.
